Do I need any painting experience?
None at all. Our artists guide you through every step — most guests are picking up a brush for the first time.
How is my booking confirmed?
After you submit your request, we confirm availability and share payment details via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours. Your seat is confirmed once the 50% downpayment is completed.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes — you can reschedule any time with at least 24 hours’ notice. Just message us on WhatsApp or reply to your confirmation email.
Can I bring drinks or snacks?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own drinks and snacks — they aren’t sold at the studio.
What if we are a group of ten or more?
For groups of ten or more — especially outside the studio — request a private event instead and we’ll prepare a quotation for you.
