Return & Refund Policy
Nias Nyalada Art Studio
At Nias Nyalada Art Studio, we are committed to delivering high-quality, original artworks. Each piece is carefully inspected before sale. Because of the unique nature of handmade art, the following return and refund terms apply:
1. All Sales Are Final
All original paintings and commissioned artworks are non-refundable and cannot be returned once purchased.
2. Damaged Artwork Upon Delivery
If your artwork arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the damage to both the artwork and its packaging.
After review, we may offer:
- Repair of the artwork (if possible),
- A replacement (prints only), or
- A partial or full refund based on the extent of the damage.
3. Incorrect Artwork Received
If you receive an artwork different from what you ordered:
- Notify us within 48 hours.
- We will arrange for an exchange at no extra cost.
4. Lost Shipments
If your artwork is lost during shipping:
- We will work with the courier to trace the package.
- If confirmed lost, we will issue a refund or provide a replacement (prints only).
5. Condition Requirements
Returned items (only when applicable) must be:
- In original condition, and
- Packed in the original protective tube/packaging or similar secure packaging.
6. Commissioned Artwork
Custom commissions are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in cases of damage during delivery.
7. Local Collection
For customers picking up artwork in person:
- Please inspect the artwork at the studio before leaving.
- Once collected, the sale is considered final.
